- 8 hard-boiled eggs peeled
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- ¼ small onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons pickling spices
- 1 teaspoon salt

Bring the water, vinegar, onion, spices, and salt to a gentle boil for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool slightly.
